San Francisco Symphony: Michael Tilson Thomas, Conductor November 14, 2008

Under the direction of Michael Tilson Thomas, the San Francisco Symphony is widely recognized as one of the world's finest symphony orchestras. Now in its 95th year, the SFO is especially renowned for its adventuresome programming and commitment to American composers, as well as the numerous Grammy Awards it has won for its outstanding recordings. Joining the symphony for this performance is pianist, Leif Ove Andsnes.
