Natasha Minsker is the Campaign Manager for the SAFE California Campaign, the initiative campaign to replace California’s death penalty with life without parole. The SAFE California Campaign is the initiative campaign to replace California’s death penalty with life in prison without possibility of parole. The campaign is supported by law enforcement, family members of murder victims, exonerees, and justice organizations. The SAFE California Act will replace the death penalty with life in prison without
parole, require convicted murders to work in prison and pay restitution to the victims’ compensation fund, and dedicate a portion of the money saved from ending the death penalty to solving unsolved murder and rape cases.
