San Francisco Girls Chorus Presents 2012 Gala 'Fog City Swing' March 9, 2012

Set in the lush deco interior of The City Club, "Fog City Swing", San Francisco Girls Chorus' 33rd season gala, features a return guest appearance by Le Jazz Hot. Inspired by guitar great Django Reinhardt and the Paris of the 1920s, Le Jazz Hot transports listeners to another time. They will perform by themselves and with members of the Girls Chorus on an evening that offers cocktails, dinner and an auction in one of the most noteworthy buildings in San Francisco. The full gala evening lasts from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Proceeds benefit SFGC's need-based scholarship awards, music education program and outreach initiatives in Bay Area public schools.
