San Francisco Family Appreciation Day January 13, 2008

Mayor Gavin Newsom has announced the Third Annual San Francisco Family Appreciation Day. It is scheduled for Sunday, January 13th, 2008.

More than 35 museums and attractions in San Francisco are FREE for children ages 0 to 18 if accompanied by adults (free for accompanying adults) provided everyone has proof they live within the City and County of San Francisco.
To prove your residency, you MUST bring at least ONE of the following:

-California Driver License or ID with a San Francisco address
-Current rent receipt showing a San Francisco address
-Utility bill in your name with a San Francisco address
-Recent report card issued by a San Francisco Unified School District school

On Sunday, January 13th you and your children will be able to ride MUNI free of all charge from 10 AM to 4 PM and you will be able to see as many of the following attractions as you wish - all 100% FREE - Cable Cars included!
