San Francisco Bicycle Coalition Free Urban Cycling Workshop January 8, 2011

An in-classroom, introductory course is perfect for new people new to biking. Class covers the basics for how to choose the right bike and properly fit a helmet, and teach tips for the safest ways to bike on city street. Also learn the best way to lock up your bike, how to use a bike on public transit, and legal rights and responsibilities. Anyone over 14 years of age is welcome, though preregistration is required. No bicycle is needed.
