SAMY'S AWARD 2009 and Charity Gala - AWRT- San Antonio Media Alliance October 8, 2009

The San Antonio Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television, cordially invites you to the 5th annual SAMYS Awards and Charity Gala on Thursday, October 8th, 2009. This formal event will be held at The Pearl Stable, where AWRT will honor San Antonio’s media industry professionals for their outstanding achievements in 2009.

Television, cable, radio, and advertising agency executives along with top tiered clients regularly attend this event in other markets. Every year, the SAMYS Awards is a huge success, and the SAMA Chapter of AWRT is excited to present this event again. AWRT is a non-profit, professional organization of women and men who work in the electronic media and related fields.

The mission of the San Antonio Media Alliance Chapter of AWRT is to promote diversity and advance the impact of all people in the electronic media and allied fields, by educating, advocating and acting as a resource to its members and the industry. The SAMYS Charity Gala will raise money for the AWRT college scholarship fund and for the DREAM Fund, which provides financial assistance to aide our media and advertising colleagues who have experienced a medical emergency or life crisis. You would honor our chapter if you attended the 2009 SAMYS Awards and Charity Gala.
