Samuel Adams Boston Brew Dinner September 1, 2007

Sam Adams is back for round three at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. After the success of two Sam Adams Dinners, the resort’s Signature Grill is hosting a third Sam Adams Boston Beer Dinner.

The meal will feature a different ice-cold Sam Adams beer with every dish of the four-course meal. The evening will begin with a dungeness crab napoleon, with heirloom tomatoes, avocado lime-chive aioli, and paired with Samuel Adams Hefeweizen. The salad is a peach and salt roasted pistachio salad, with warm bleu cheese, brioche crouton, caramelized shallot vinaigrette and is paired with Samuel Adams Summer Ale. The entrée, lager brined half cornish game hen with shoe string potato cake and roasted chanterelles and figs, is paired with Samuel Adams Boston Lager. For a sweet ending into the evening, bite into an almond-strawberry apricot tart with white chocolate-lemon verbena ice cream and sip on Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat.
