A Grand Celebration of Equality

If you're one of the many Garden State couples who is pondering over your new found rights, then you're not alone. Planning a civil union ceremony and sorting through all of the legal aspects of your commitment can be a daunting task.

It is for that reason that we would like to invite all Garden State couples to come out and join us at Same Love, Same Rights™ New Jersey on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the Clinton Inn Hotel in Tenafly.

The day is aimed to be a celebration of Marriage Equality. Over 50 glbt-friendly wedding and home businesses and professionals will be participating to help provide you with direction and to offer their services in a safe and welcoming environment. The event will feature music, food and giveaways and is FREE TO ATTEND!

And for the first time ever...
Same Love, Same Rights® Mobile Marriage Summit

The New Jersey Expo will also serve as the starting point for the Mobile Marriage Summit, from 1-4pm. All those attending will have the opportunity to meet together, share current events on marriage equality, and present their ideas on what steps need to be taken to create mass change in America. Other Mobile Marriage Summits are already planned for later this year in New Hampshire and Oregon, with every meeting ending with an action step to help further the cause. All decisions are made by the majority’s vote, so come out, share your ideas, and get involved!
