A SambaDa show is no ordinary concert. It is an immersion into Brazilian culture of the past and present. SambaDá is an explosive musical group that is rapidly inspiring audiences with its unique mixture of Brazilian samba and funky latin dance grooves. From the blissful rhythms of samba to hip-hop riffs, from bossa nova ballads to salsa, SambaDa's tunes are playful, vital, and energetic: they make you dance and they make you sing, they are both intimate and exuberant.

SambaDá is dedicated to making people dance! Performing many original and popular songs, the band draws upon various musical styles of Brazil such as; Samba, Bossa Nova, Pagode, Samba Reggae, Batucada, and Forró and incorporates, Funk, Salsa Reggae, Jazz, Rock and Hip-Hop into the mix. Pulsating percussion, uplifting vocals, and rich melodies give SambaDá a distinctive and infectious sound.

Dj Jeremiah and the Afrobeat Nation will open the show.

Don't miss this highly energetic, good vibes, dance-your-ass-off, exotic carnival night. Please bring your dancing shoes!!!

SambaDá absolutely blew me away! Equipped with a full percussion ensemble that rotates during songs between amplified string instruments and drums, the seven-member Santa Cruz based group got the dance floor moving like it was Carnavál in Rio de Janeiro."
