Salford City Radio presents... Mayfest! May 27, 2011

Everyone and his dog must be aware of Government Cuts and how they will affect us all in one way or another.
"Salford Against the Cuts was set-up last year to bring workers, communities, service users and communities together to fight against attacks on jobs and services in Salford. We're really pleased to be hosting this Gig featuring fantastic local bands. This Gig is as much about those bands as it is our campaign and we're sure anybody who comes will enjoy themselves".
So enough OF the politics what about the music. Well Salford's Nouveau Progsters Trojan Horse are topping the bill with support coming from Death to the Strange, Irma Vep, Class Actions and Horses.
One thing this government can't cut is our right to have a good time.
