As one of the most multicultural cities in the United States, Houston is home to a rich gumbo of cuisines, art forms, traditions and religions. Included in this mix is a wide assortment of houses of worship where Houstonians can express their faith. In this second offering of Sacred Spaces of Houston, participants will join a revealing exploration of seven houses of worship throughout the city, chosen for their individual beauty and architectural identity.

Eight class meetings: Thursday, September 27, 7:00-8:30 p.m.;
four Sundays, September 30, October 7, 21 and 28, 2:00-3:30 p.m.;
three Saturdays, October 13, November 3 and 10, 2007, 9:00-10:30 a.m.
