S Factor Intro Class September 27, 2009

Come and try one of our fabulous pole dancing workouts. This is a 1.5 hour class that will take you on journey to help you find your hidden women. Each class will start with a warm up that is similar to Yoga or Pilates movements, just with a sexy twist; you will learn a pole move and our fantastic S Walk.
