Ever been working on your beats and wish you had a second opinion or set of hands? Interested in working with like minded artists in a collective setting? Interested in music production and don't know where to get started? Come out to the RVA Production Col-Lab every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month starting in February (In the Event of a Tuesday show, it will be moved to the previous or following week)

We will have headphone splitters as well as surge protectors set up throughout the bottom of Canal Club and you will be able to work on your own music or with someone else, as well as network with likeminded artists. Just bring your production tool of choice (Laptop, MPC, Keyboard etc.) and a Pair of Headphones. (supplies are limited on headphone splitters and surge protectors, since initially this will all be supplied by me, so if you can contribute to either, even it's just for you to use, it is greatly appreciated)

Interested in learning more about production? Curious about what you need to get started? Just wanna watch and hang out and have some beers? No problem! All are welcome! The best way to learn sometimes is to simply observe and ask a few questions.

This will go from 6pm to 10pm and beer and food will be available. I will also be designating the last hour for listening. You will be able to sign up to plug into our PA and be able to listen to your finished work over the full PA to hear how it will sound on a full system. Depending on how many people sign up that day, you may even get time to make alterations to your track.
