Hosted by the next generation of farmers, winemakers and movers and shakers of the Russian River Valley Winegrowers, Single Night is a celebration of discovery and the art good times. And like a multi-course meal, your hosts plan to serve up a layered experience of wine, food, art, auction, music and dancing.

On what promises to be a sultry summer night, the evening jumpstarts with a showcase tasting of Russian River Valley Single Vineyard wines offered by the growers and winemakers who partnered to create these small-lot gems.

Set in C. Donatiello Winery’s state-of-the-art cellar, you’ll mix and mingle with these rock stars of wine. They’ll pour tastes, answer questions, and show by example why the Russian River Valley is one of the most renowned wine regions in the world. During the Single Vineyard tasting, local artisan food purveyors will share single bites of their creations as our next generation vintner and grower “Cellar Teams” promote their Group Bid Adventure Auction Lots to raise funds for educational programs and future events.

Participating wineries are: Papapietro Perry Winery, Merry Edwards Wines, Lynmar Estate, Longboard Vineyards, Landy Family Vineyards, Korbel, Acorn Winery, Siebert, Balletto Vineyards, Benovia Winery, D&L Carinalli, Dutton-Goldfield, Ferrari-Carano Vineyards & Winery, Foppiano Vineyards, Foppoli, Ketcham Estate, Y. Rousseau Wines, Williams Selyem, Windsor Oaks, Twomey Cellars, Patz & Hall

At the wrap of the Single Vineyard tasting, they’ll switch up the night and move onto the crush pad for the Live Auction. A no-host bar featuring best buy wines under $25 (offered by the glass) and wallet-friendly grilled goods will continue to fuel the night. These adventures lots, personally hosted by vintners and growers, are designed for 6 to 10 people with just 11 lots available. MC Franco Finn will call the auction on items like:

* Plane rides over the Russian River Valley
* A kayaking and clam bake on the Russian River
* Classic Jeep vineyard treks
* Hot air ballooning
* And a winery cave tasting with more than just frills

At the close of the auction, DJ’s Franco Finn's set list will transform the crush pad into a dance floor under the stars for an unforgettable close to the night. So tell your friends. Check out the action lot videos in advance to plan your group bidding.
