You've seen him on “The Green Card Tour LIVE from the O2 Arena” on Showtime and “Red, White and Brown” on Comedy Central; now watch comedy rockstar, Russell Peters up-close and personal with his new act and his trademark lightening fast improv when he comes to Maui and Oahu with all new material as part of his Notorious World Tour 2012. Both shows go on sale on Monday, September 10th at 10am.

Peters has spent the last three years setting attendance records around the globe; in 2009, he had the largest comedy show in UK history at London's O2 Arena with 16,000 fans in attendance. He repeated that same feat in 2010 at Sydney, Australia's Acer Arena, where he had the largest comedy show in Australian history with over 13,000 fans in attendance. In March of this year, Peters became the fastest selling show in Dubai history. His two shows in Dubai sold-out in eight minutes - faster than Madonna and received rave reviews.

Starting in 2008, Peters was one of the first stand-up comedians to self-finance, self-produce and distribute his own comedy specials and DVD's, with Red, White and Brown and 2011's, The Green Card Tour LIVE from the O2 Arena. The DVD's went on to sell over 200,000 units across North America. Both specials were broadcast on Showtime Networks and Comedy Central in the States as well as Netflix globally. Peters is currently working on developing original content for Netflix.

Listed on the Forbes List as one of the top ten Highest Earning Comics in the U.S. in 2009 and 2010, Russell Peters has spent the past 23 years building a career to become one of the biggest comics in the world. Thanks to YouTube and a global following, Peters has sold-out arenas from Madison Square Garden to the Sydney Opera House. Peters was recently seen in the movies, Source Code and the 2011 highest grossing English language film in Canada, the Punjabi-Canadian ice hockey film, Breakaway.
