Run with the Kittens presents Myth in the Sky April 30, 2010

The evolution of Toronto’s Run with the Kittens continues with their genre-bending, fifth studio recording, “Myth in the Sky”. This five song EP, set for release on April 30, 2010, confirms the Kittens are in fine musical shape. Fueled by their passion of raucous, in your face rock music and the desire to consistently re-invent themselves, Myth in the Sky is a solid display of the band’s growth, skill and musicianship.
Myth in the Sky destroys the boundaries between blues, hillbilly and psychedelic rock. The opening track Caledonia immediately drops the listener inside a Tarantino-like soundtrack. And much like what the Hollywood renegade himself does, the Kittens set the stage for twenty minutes of twists, turns and sonic bliss, leaving us scratching the walls for more.
