Take ‘A Sensory Challenge’ at MO Bar ― Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco

WHAT: Legendary Champagne House Ruinart and Mandarin Oriental, San Francisco present ‘A Sensory Challenge’ – an innovative tasting of Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs. Ruinart’s Cellar Master and a perfumer from International Flavors & Fragrances have identified eight main aromas in the nose of Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs Champagne, which are to be discovered one by one in a unique olfactory experience.
Guests are challenged to identify the scents in the Champagne paired with small bites. The winner receives Ruinart Tea for Two at MO Bar, a $146 value. The evening will conclude with a final toast of Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2000.
