The the Seventh International Ruby Conference.

"This year's event will be even bigger than last year's, and for the first time in the history of RubyConf we've made some changes to the event format.

Each day will include:

* Plenary (everybody in one room!) sessions in the morning
* Two tracks of presentations in the afternoon
* Room 3! A place for workshops and clinics and things that aren't just presentations. One Room 3 activity every afternoon."
