This two-day course prepares you for the PRINCE2 re-registration examination. If you have been a PRINCE2 Practitioner for between three and five years you may take the re-registration exam in order to maintain Registered Practitioner status.
You will recap:

The PRINCE2 project management method
The implications of using and implementing PRINCE2
Applying the principles of PRINCE2 to projects
Management of quality and risk
Delivering projects on time, within budget and to the specified business case.

Topics covered:

The eight PRINCE2 processes, and how they are used throughout the life cycle of a project
Components - identifying each component of a PRINCE2 project, and how it supports Project, Risk and Quality Management
Applying PRINCE2 in practice
Unique immersion case study practical exercise
Exam preparation review of key exam topics; how to answer; mock exams marked by the trainer; and personal feedback for each delegate

Prerequisites:

PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
