Rotman-BDC Entrepreneurship Forum October 16, 2006

Annual Rotman-BDC Entrepreneurship Forum and Reception, hosted by Dean Roger Martin at the School on October 16th. Co-host will be Jacques Lemoine, Senior Vice President - Ontario, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). The event is generously sponsored by BDC.
Registration will be available on October 16th from 4:30 to 4:59. At 5:00 sharp the session will begin. This year our topic is "Challenges and Opportunities for Entrepreneurs to Advance Your International Competitiveness: Lessons Learned". These three very successful and savvy entrepreneurs will share their experience and expertise:

Kathryn From, Co-Owner and CEO, Bravado Designs Inc.

Mike Keilhauer, President, Keilhauer Furniture

Les Mandelbaum, Founder and President, Umbra

They'll each speak for 10-15 minutes and then they'll answer questions from the audience. A cocktail reception will follow from about 6:20 to 7:15.

The fee to attend this session on October 16th is $49 per person plus GST. For alumni of the Rotman School or the University of Toronto, the fee is $39 per person plus GST. This includes the cocktail reception. You may wish to bring a client or colleague. Dress is business casual. Underground parking is available. The entrance is just south of the Rotman School. Net proceeds from the session will be invested in our Rotman Vision Fund where they can be directed to the School's most pressing needs.
