Now a common investigatory tool for identifying the underlying causes of why an accident or near miss occurred, RCA presents a universal method for identifying and preventing any organizational problem - including those involving HR issues.

About the Presenter
Ellen M. Papadakis, Counsel, Nixon Peabody LLP specializes in defending and counseling employers on employment related matters in a broad range of industries such as healthcare, supply chain management, technology, aerospace, grocery and retail. She also advises and defends clients with regard to third-party disability access claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California law. In addition, Ellen has extensive experience in general commercial litigation matters, including areas of insurance coverage, contract, products liability and patent infringement. She holds a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
