Kick off the New Year exploring hearty winter flavors at the Roof Terrace Restaurant at the Kennedy Center during a special four-course wine dinner on Thursday, January 18th, showcasing game dishes specially created by Chef Jose Urrutia and complemented by Cambria Winery’s finest varietals. Take in the awe-inspiring, panoramic skyline views of Washington, DC while feasting on Braised Rabbit with white asaparagus and morel mushrooms and a Slow Roasted Wild Boar Chop with red cabbage confit and potato gratin in a Calvados sauce.

During each course, Chef Urrutia and a representative from Cambria Winery will describe how the characteristics of each wine pairs well with the flavors in the courses being served. The wine dinner begins at 8:00 p.m. and is priced at $100 per guest, exclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 202-416-8555.
