A concert of chamber music by Haitian violinist Romel Joseph and his violist daughter, Victoria, with local musicians including pianist Renée Robbins and violinist Cecilia Johnson. Proceeds from this concert will benefit Friends of Music Education for Haiti, Inc. and will go toward the creation of the planned Haitian Performing Arts Center.

FMEH was founded by Juilliard-trained violinist Romel Joseph to provide quality music education and instrumental training to children and youth of Haiti after the tragic January 12, 2010 earthquake.

The concert program includes works by Handel, Albinoini, Grieg, Mozart and Haitian composers, as well as a brief update on the rebuilding process in Haiti and Romel's final life dream of insuring that Haiti has a music conservatory and concert hall, and an excellent music curriculum implemented in the Haitian public schools.
