Role of Supervision & Effective Communication Skills September 28, 2011

This course will help participants understand their role as it relates to the overall organization and help them begin to build the traits of an effective leader. Participants also will have the opportunity to assess their own communication styles and perceptions, and see how they translate into interactions with their staff and others.
