Rockin' the Red Cross Battle of the Bands April 21, 2007

Local bands Stolen Infatuation, Distorted Minds, Homicidal Daydreams, Requiem for the Radio, Until Dawn, and Why We Fight will be competing for great prizes by judges who will evaluate their performances "idol style".

Admission is 5 dollars or 3 dollars along with a home preparedness item to help build safety kits to be distributed to low income families in Herkimer County. Items include but are not limited to: 1 Emergancy Blanket, Food Bars (4800 calories), 1 pair of work gloves, 3 light sticks (12 hour), 1 breathing mask, and 1 battery-powered radio (batteries included). Anything you can think of, that you would need in a time of emergency, will work.

First Prize is an all-day recording studio session contract. Concessions and band products will be available at the event.

Tickets are available at any of the sponsors: Big Apple Music in Herkimer, Elite Sound Productions, Adirondack Bank Branches, and The Club in Little Falls. Tickets can also be purchased at the Mohawk Valley American Red Cross chapter offices:
