Robot Village SPRING KIDS' CLASSES SERIES 2: May 22 to June 28 May 22, 2007

Robot Village is offering these exciting workshops for kids aged 8 to 11!

“Robot Guts” Part III: Magnetism & Motors! Children will come to understand magnetism and electromagnetism, and how these unseen forces can be implemented with motors, solenoids and self-inductance coils.

Lego Mindstorms NXT: This workshop is for children who have taken an NXT intro class and have learned the basics of building and programming. In this next class, your child will be challenged to design and program their own Mindstorms Humanoid to survive through a series of mazes and games.

Soccer Robots! This fun, hands-on class gives your child an opportunity to learn about locomotion, gears, electricity, and wiring. Then, they will test their robot in an exciting robot soccer challenge!
