After Hogmany (New Year) Burns Night Suppers are the second biggest
Events in Scotland's Calendar, to Toast their famous Bard.

Following the Tradition - we always put on a Scottish-themed Menu,
and it wouldn't be Burns' Night if we didn't have a Piper !!!

Haggis - wi' Bashed Neeps & Tatties
Mashed Turnips & Potatoes

Baked Filet of Sottish Salmon
Served with Savoy Cabbage, Fresh vegetables & mashed Potatoes
with a Lemon-Parsley Sauce

Served with Fresh vegetables, mashed Potatoes & Horseradish Cream

Crumbled Cake soaked in Scotch Whisky, covered with Strawberries in Syrup
topped with Vanilla Custard & Whipped Cream
