Roaming Mars, a Personal Perspective July 24, 2009

Join Kettering native Scott Lever for a special presentation on the Mars Exploration Rovers (MER) project. Lever is a Mission Manager for the MER Project at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in Pasadena, CA. After joining JPL in 1984 as a member of the Voyager project team, he has since worked on other projects including Mars Observer, Topex/Poseidon, Cassini/Huygens, and Spitzer.

The presentation will be held in the Caryl D. Philips Space Theater at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery. The event is FREE and open to the community, but seating is limited. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
