"Road to Fodwa" World Premiere March 12, 2008

In the summer of 2006 three naive young men traveled to Haiti to try and make a film. They rode on top of buses, learned about voodoo, saw a dead body, and met tons of awesome people. We shot about 45 hours of footage and have managed to cut it down to about 45 minutes that they can't wait to share with you and all of your friends. The film itself focuses on the dichotomy of rural vs. urban poverty and the central role that education has in overcoming these challenges. That may sound boring, but I promise it's not.

This is an open invitation to all of you to attend this event (details at http://www.fondwa.org), learn about Haiti, support independent film, and meet some other great people from the Bay Area.

How to attend (follow these steps carefully):

1) Visit http://www.fondwa.org

2) At Fondwa.org, click "pay now" to get your ticket for the suggested donation of $10 ($15 at the door... all proceeds benefit The University of Fondwa in Haiti). This is less than you would pay to see a movie at the mall, and there will be plenty of beer, wine, snacks to go around included with your ticket.

3) Come on March 12th to Fort Mason Center, Landmark Building C
