River Oaks Shopping Center Host Pet Adoption for Friends For Life Rescue Group September 30, 2012

Shop, dine and adopt a pet! Stroll among the center and meet the newest and most adorable rescues at the River Oaks Shopping Center Pet Rescue event. On Sunday, September 30, the pet-friendly center will host a center-wide and Friends For Life adoption event. Whether you wish to walk a dog around the center or adopt a friend for life, mix and mingle with four-legged friends while cooling off with ice cream from Marble Slab or a Starbucks frappuccino. The monthly Pet Rescue event will take place at River Oaks Shopping Center in the breezeway between Marble Slab and Natural Pawz. Natural Pawz and other River Oaks Shopping Center pet-friendly retailers will offer discounts to customers who adopt a pet or donate pet food during the weekend event. By bringing animals to the people, the River Oaks Shopping Center Pet Rescue event strives to find loving homes for Houston’s homeless cats and dogs.
