The electronic pop/hard rock outfit Rites of Ash has always been known for accepting nothing less than perfection when it comes to their work. Combining countless influences into a unified and original sound has helped define the band as innovators in an industry desperately lacking originality. No genre or sound is off-limits for the band; this is evident in their extensive list of influences that include Linkin Park, Billy Joel, Disturbed, T-Pain, and Lady Gaga. Rites of Ash is comprised of founding members 80-two (vocals) & Lazzo (guitars, keyboards, programming/sequencing), and live performers Berry (bass) & Tevey (drums).

Being an unsigned band hasn't hindered them from making their own professional music video (Burn), getting it aired on Fuse TV, releasing three studio albums, and having their music featured on over ten MTV shows including: "The Real World," "Pimp My Ride," and "Next." Rites of Ash's live show is equally impressive, boasting choreographed lighting effects, custom-built stage pieces, and synchronized videos displayed on flat-panel monitors mounted on mannequins and video-towers.

Their music and live show have garnered them numerous accolades from the mainstream music industry; it has been described as "unique but mainstream, hard-hitting yet romantically suave...truly cutting-edge song writing." (S. Diablo, MTV)

Classified Frequency is a power-pop, power-trio out of DC that is blowing people away with their high energy, fast paced shows. CF is the original project of Matthew Berry who has made a name for himself with other successful bands such as Side FX, Rites of Ash, Rew Smith, The Fuzz, Judo Chop and Cheap Date. After releasing the "Heart Attack" ep (which was mixed by Jamie Woolford from The Stereo and Let Go) on iTunes in 2009 and getting burnt out with the cover band scene of Nova, he decided to put his own band together with 2 of his favorite people and musicians he's known through the years: Nick Kirk on drums (100 Hurricanes) and Rob Richmond on bass (Tow, Judo Chop and Super Unknown). They have only one goal in mind: play explosive pop rock of the likes of The Stereo, The Marvelous 3, Cheap Trick and The Darkness! So get ready to get your faces melted off by a burning guitar solo, your ass rocked by a rumbling bass and then get blown away by shattering drums... all while singing along with your lighters in the air! These guys are power pop to the max!
