Rickey Redbird Recycles November 12, 2011

This will be an education/awareness event featuring Rickey Redbird, the City of Monroe's mascot in full costume. He is an attention getter and presents the opportunity to provide information on recyling as well as litter abatement and prevention. Refrigerator magnets with tips as well as "carbage" bags will also be handed out.
