Richmond Varietease presents "Tassels of Terror III: Revenge of the Shimmy!" October 21, 2011

It's that time of year when the creatures of the burlesque underworld go bump-n-grind in the night. Join us for our third annual Halloween burlesque extravaganza with a show so frighteningly sexy you'll howl with delight!

In our first show since our unfortunate demise at the Canal Club, we bring you an all-star.....er..ghoul cast ready to shimmy, shake, quiver and quake out of each rotting piece of clothing.

This month we have not one, but two performers making their solo debuts on the Varietease stage!

He has quickly become Richmond's boylesque sensation, now see what evil lurks behind his handlebar mustache! Yes, we have the one, the only Chris Chaos!!

It wouldn't be Halloween without this next performer. Also making her Varietease debut is the beheadingly beautiful Pumpkin Pi!

Wrapping herself up for the occasion and giving an extra special performance is Varietease stage manager and Halloween baby Miss Deepa de Jour!

Our special guest this month is the queen of scream herself. Last year she almost literally cut out her own heart on stage. Who knows what antics she'll cook up this go-round. Grab your straightjackets because you're going to need them for REVEREND VALENTINE!!!

Also making a special zombie appearance is the Richmond Institute of Burlesque's go-go troupe, The Twistettes!

Joining in the bloodbath festivities is your Richmond Varietease producer herself, the hauntingly beautiful Dolli Holiday!
