Richmond City Charter Review Commission Subcommittee May 14, 2009

The Richmond City Charter Review Commission will
hold a subcommittee meeting. The agenda will include: the Role of the
City Chief Administrative Officer as it relates to Richmond City
Council and the Mayor; and, the Investigation Powers of Richmond City
Council and the Richmond Office of the City Auditor.

The subcommittee process was established
by the Commission to assist members with their review of the Richmond
City Charter. This and all meetings of the Richmond City Charter
Review Commission are open to the public and all citizens are invited
and encouraged to attend.

Consisting of three Commission members each, the members of this
subcommittee include:

· Mr. Frederick Marsh, Esq., Subcommittee Chairman
· Mr. John Thompson, Esq.
· The Honorable Benjamin Lambert III
