Richly Romantic String Seduction November 5, 2006

New England String Ensemble’s Principal Players seduce with a soul stirring program of escalating forces. Rossini’s virtuosic Duetto in D for Cello and Double Bass precedes Kodaly’s tunefully intriguing Serenade for Two Violins and Viola. The program climaxes with all five players uniting in the richly romantic Dvorak Quintet in G Major.
