Singer/songwriter Richard Shindell is an eclectic performer. His material ranges from lighthearted ballads and adulterous love songs, to dirges and diatribes that skillfully skewer politics, prejudice, war and religion. Antje has placed first and second in the prestigious John Lennon songwriting contest and was selected a finalist in the USA Songwriting Competition. She has previously been described as a cross between Tracy Chapman, Ani di Franco and Shawn Colvin.
