About the Ballroom Dance Instructor Certification Preparation Program
The dance industry is flourishing and expanding at a phenomenal rate
with the popularity of dance shows like "So You Think You Can Dance"
and "Dancing with The Stars". Our vision is to provide our students

complete Ballroom Dance Instructor Certification Preparation Program
takes students to the full Bronze level in American Smooth, Rhythm and
Night Club Dances.
Dedicated to ensuring excellence in
partner dance instruction, this program is ideal for adults who are
considering a career as dance instructor, or who would like to improve
their own dancing. Teaching dance is a career option for anyone -no
prior dance experience is required!
The Ballroom Dance
Instructor Certification Preparation Program is divided into six 8 week
course units, each focusing on the mastery of different ballroom
dances. Each unit will prepare you to take the DVIDA professional
certification tests in those specific dances and figures.

Technical elements of the dances
Musical elements of all the dances
How to teach private & group lessons

discretion, including for lack of sufficient enrollment, as determined
by THE STUDIO at Rhodes Wellness College. Purchasers of tickets for
events or classes cancelled by THE STUDIO at Rhodes Wellness College
will receive a complete refund, gift certificate or equivalent if cancellation occurs prior to event or class start date, and a prorated refund if cancellation occurs after the first event or class if the registered class or program contains multiple classes.
