2007 RI PrideFest & 31st Anniversary Celebration!!
12:00PM - 8:30PM – Bank of America City Center and Burnside Park (Across from the Biltmore Hotel) New England’s second largest pride celebration features the largest GLBT Marketplace and Business Exposition in the region with a mix of national and local entertainment. The RI PrideFest also features the Kidz Pride Zone, an area specifically created for children, kids and families. The diverse offerings at the PrideFest draw a mix of individuals and families of all ages.

RI PrideFest’s Main-stage Line-up of Entertainment - 12:30PM - 8:30PM - Station Park - Come and see American Idol finalist and Billboard topping artist KIMBERLEY LOCKE and fresh from Broadway, star of Rent and the national tour of Dreamgirls, FRENCHIE DAVIS. The lineup continues with the sizzling hot performer COLTON FORD and the all-female, five-piece band, SISTER FUNK . Other performers include the drag king troupe from Boston, ALL THE KINGS MEN, and direct from NYC one of the hottest drag performers and recording artist, PEPPERMINT GUMMY BEAR. Included in this great slate of performers will be wide variety of local talent that are a perennial crowd pleaser.

RI Pride’s Illuminated Night-Time Pride Parade – 8:30PM (sundown) – begins @ Bank of America City Center – New England’s only night pride parade is one of the highlights the RI PrideFest. The RI Pride Night Parade is a dazzling display of floats, performing artists, marching groups and spectators that wind through downtown Providence and culminate at the RI Pride Reviewing Stand under the historic marquee of the Providence Performing Arts Center.
