Revelation Perth International Film Festival is Perth’s leading international film festival and Western Australia’s major annual screen culture event, dedicated to presenting independent cinema from around the globe in a context that explores film’s great traditions, its contemporary movements and its future directions. The 2012 Program promises to be the most exciting and audacious yet, showing nightly from 5 to 15 July 2012 at The Astor Theatre in Mount Lawley, Perth. The 15th annual Festival will feature 87 screenings including twenty Australian premieres and will also play host to iconic Hollywood actor, director and screenwriter of contemporary cinema, Crispin Hellion Glover (Back to the Future, The Doors, Charlie’s Angels) who will be presenting his films It is Fine! EVERYTHING IS FINE and What Is It? on 9 and 10 July.
