RETRO REMIX is bringing you its monthly installment of fun, frivolity and good times. It's all about mashing up, remixing and re-editing the very best in guilty pleasures, retro classics and party anthems! Think 2ManyDJs meets Guilty Pleasures.

With the days getting longer our thoughts have been turning to warmer climes and we’ve been looking for tunes to get us in the mood. But what could beat Will Smith’s Summertime in creating that holiday vibe?

NOTHING! I hear you cry. Well think again. We’ve found the band who will bring you more sunshine than a bottle of St Tropez. The frutti-tutti Brothers Bab throw their organs, strings and brass in the blender whiz them up and pour out a thick ska smoothie, packing such a punch, it will get all you rude boys and gals skanking with the best of them. Limber up for March 28th !

After the band the RETRO REMIX DJs will be on hand to serve up a chunk of party, pop and retro classics, chewed up, remixed and spat out to make you bounce and shake.

This all takes place at the coolest nightspot in London – the Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes. So once you’ve danced your socks off you can slip on some bowling shoes and attempt some strikes, grab some fries from the American Diner or even catch a movie on the kitsch cinema screen.

The theme is 1950s remixed - so iron the creases out of your trousers, put on your most outrageously stylish vintage getup and shake it to the ground.
