Resolution 5, 10 or 15K - Select your distance, sign up and join us in Mote Park on Sunday 23 September running in support of the Stroke Association.

The course is suitable for both beginners and more seasoned runners. Whether you walk, jog or run, the route the event is a fun approach to achieving your goals and improving your fitness.

The run comes with some great benefits including a free Stroke Association T-shirt, water stations, baggage station and medal.
