About the Speakers:

Donald has been involved in thousand of residential and commercial real estate transactions as a Broker, Buyer, Seller and private money lender.

Dan Rogers - Sr. Mortgage Analyst with Reliance Realty Group. His expertise is crunching real estate data and communication. Since 2006, Dan has closed dozens of short sales, saved numerous homes from foreclosure and facilitated the purchase of millions of dollars of real estate. In mid 2008, Dan and Donald created the Mid Peninsula Investing Club to support other investors. Dan's teaching style is based around each investor's target goals and building the confidence to create action. Dan's success in real estate comes from identifying the least complex part of a problem and then developing that skill or knowledge base.
