If you are like me, you have the best intention to use tools that you have learned over the years such as: creativity, journaling, yoga, spirituality, but you find real life intervenes! You know you’d feel better ‘if only’ you could find the time to get back to the things that nourish you. Maybe the time has come for you to refill your well of self-creation with tools, skills and creativity that renew your heart and soul.

In this six week series we will use the tools of SoulCollage® and Transformative Coaching coupled with a tool or concept each week, which will aid you in the creation of a path of self-renewal. At the end of this series you will be better able to make the best of transitions and life changes. You will know how to be ‘yourself’ in a more confident, assertive, and powerful way.

This course is for people who:

· Want to dedicate and create time to yourself for learning, creativity, and bringing back ritual and tools that help you stay ‘up’, grounded, and joyful.

· Want to be more of ‘yourself’ or authentic but unsure how to ‘be’ that.

· Yearn for more tools and skills to increase your communication, happiness, and joy in life.



Price: Early Bird Special is $145.00 and NO material fee if you register by February 8th, 2010 and after February 8th $150.00 plus $20.00 materials fee
