The American Livestock Breeds Conservancy's 30-year Anniversary Conference will be kicked off with a RAFT picnic to Renew America's Food Traditions on Friday, November 2nd, 2007 at The Inn at Celebrity Dairy. This will be a rare opportunity to sample endangered foods unique to the North American continent while celebrating ALBC’s 30 years of conservation of livestock and poultry breeds.

Come feast on an aromatic Armenian stew prepared with Tennessee Fainting goat nestled in a bed of Carolina Gold Rice. Sample devilled eggs from Buckeye chickens. Enjoy warm apple crisp made from Stayman apples topped off with Celebrity Dairy’s own famous goat milk ice-cream—and much, much, more!
