tips for your promotion

Offer your own bonus if people buy through your link. This is a big one. Not only will it help you keep more of your commissions by making sure people don't go wander off and buy through someone else, it will increase your conversions.

You can create a piece of content or if you really want to go all out, you can offer a product you normally sell. The higher perceived value it has, the more it will increase your sales. This tactic is almost single-handedly responsible for some of the huge six figure joint venture promotions you see in the internet marketing world.

As mentioned before, writing your own promotional emails is one of the biggest things you can do to increase your opt ins and sales during this event. Leverage the relationship that you've created with your audience.

Do something to generate buzz and excitement around this promotion. Contests have always worked very well for me (as you can tell!). As an example, when I promoted John Reese's Traffic Secrets 2 course I generated over $27,000 in sales with three extremely short emails and a simple contest on my blog I literally threw together at the last minute.

Put together unique pieces of content that compliment the materials being released during the launch and give them to your subscribers. Just as an example, you could do a video with 7 tips on how to maximize a certain strategy talked about in The Attraction Marketer's Manifesto.
