It is important to your sense of well being to know how to create and sustain meaningful connections.

During Relationships: A Workshop for Creating Quality Connections you will have an opportunity to strengthen your relationships and your engagement with them. These may be relationships with your family and friends, in your workplace, or in your community. During this workshop participants will use coaching tools and techniques, combined with self-reflection to initiate the changes they desire.

* Choose a relationship to focus on during the workshop
* Clarify the qualities and characteristics of fulfilling relationshps
* Define your intention for the relationship
* Make a commitment to positive change
