Register for our SAT 9am Nov 19 Tennis Tournament & Mixer!

Join us for a fun filled morning. Here's a great opportunity to test your skills, have fun, play and network with other tennis players in the group and make new tennis contacts for both recreational and competitive play. (Page down for registration info and how to pay)

Where: Santa Clara High School Tennis Courts(reserved for our exclusive use ~ tennis courts are in pristine condition, newly resurfaced and not open to the public)

Address: 3000 Benton St, Santa Clara, CA 95051

Where to park? Enter the school gated fence and continue to the rear of the school and park. The school tennis courts are reserved for our private use.

Tournament starting time: 9:00 AM sharp ~ please plan to arrive 15 minutes early so that we can start on time and inform you of tournament rules and match you up with a tennis partner if you don't have one.

Approximate end time: about 12 noon or 1 PM

Tournament format:

Doubles round robin changing partners and opponents (open to all players 2.5 rated and higher)

One singles court is open to 3.5 and up players

Singles format is determined by the number of participants and will be announced on the court.

Prizes are awarded three deep to doubles and only 1st place prize to singles tournament players. Please note: all winners need to be present to receive their prizes. If you are not present, we will give the prize to the person with the next highest total accummulated points.

Registration Fee: $15 per person, includes new tennis balls, drinks (juice, water, etc) and light snacks (bananas, apples, granola bars, etc).

Please note: payments are non-refundable but are transferable to another person.

In case you paid and can not participate, your payment registration is transferable to another person but is nonrefundable. Register early as space is limited. Advance registration and payment required. Payment must be received no later than: Wednesday November 16, 2005.

Please email us to let us know: a) how many people you are registering for b) include all registrants' names c) rated levels d)contacts and e) if you are registering for doubles or singles tournament.

Advance registration is required so that we will have an exact count of the number of participants which will help us to effectively plan and organize this event.
