Reggie Goings/Hadley Caliman Quintet August 2, 2009

Reggie Goings' goal is firmly in place -- to become well known as a romantic vocalist. His warm, appealing style reflects a joyful inner spirit and a debt to Sarah Vaughan, Duke Ellington, the balladry of Nat "King" Cole and the gutsy blues of Lou Rawls. Reggie's current quintet features the legendary tenor Hadley Caliman and includes Phil Sparks on bass, Eric Vaughn on piano and Brian Kirk on drums.
