Reframing American Art May 30, 2009

This exhibition features three works of art from the private collection of Roy R. Neuberger. The paintings and sculptures in this exhibit reflect the rich diversity in American art before the 1960s. During this period New York City became the established center of the art world where artists gained support from a relatively small but influential group of critics, galleries, museums and private collectors.
