The third annual Redwood City PAL Blues Festival presented by the San Mateo Credit Union will rock Courthouse Square in Downtown Redwood City on July 19th.. This free event will feature some of the best blues musicians and artists of the Bay Area and this year will also include 40 unique artist booths. The main stage in the square will be filled with live music all day long, a kid's area will have activities for the whole family and feature a second stage of local talented youth. To top it off, there will be food from local restaurants, vendors displaying their merchandise, and a car show. There’s no better way to enjoy a beautiful summer day than to revel in Redwood City’s glorious weather while savoring great Blues Music, Art, food and drink!

Raffle tickets will be available throughout the day with many prizes to be had. In last year's raffle, the autographed white Stratocaster was never claimed, so it will be up for raffle again this year. Proceeds from this fun and exciting family festival will directly benefit the important programs of the Redwood City Police Activities League (PAL). The PAL offers prevention and intervention programs to the youth of the community including programs such as the citywide sports programs and after school programs.
